Your Core Contributions To The Team

The Curriculum Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, management, and continuous improvement of an internationally recognized professional credential program. This role owns the curriculum lifecycle for a single, high-value designation, ensuring that all courses, assessments, learning tools, and instructional materials are aligned, current, defensible, and outcomes-driven.

We are seeking a senior instructional design professional who can manage an existing curriculum system while helping to inform and shape the future state of the credential experience. This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of curriculum strategy, instructional design, governance, and operational execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Curriculum Leadership

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of a credential-aligned curriculum.
  • Maintain and evolve competency frameworks, learning objectives, and exam alignment.
  • Establish standards for updating, revising, and retiring content.
  • Ensure alignment across textbooks, digital tools, eLearning, instructor materials, and assessments.

Instructional Design & Learning Architecture

  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices across multiple delivery formats.
  • Lead curriculum architecture decisions and guide subject matter experts in content development.
  • Ensure learning experiences are rigorous, applied, and aligned to professional standards.

Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as staff liaison to curriculum governance committees.
  • Translate governance decisions into actionable implementation plans.
  • Partner closely with learning experience delivery, credentialing, marketing, and technology teams.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Control

  • Monitor curriculum performance using learner, instructor, and assessment data.
  • Recommend improvements based on evidence and industry trends.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and audit-ready records.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum management, or professional education.
  • Experience working in credentialing, certification, continuing education, or association environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-component curriculum systems.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and governance committees.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with competency-based education and exam blueprinting.
  • Background in professional associations or regulated credential programs
