Description

We are looking for a talented Training Coordinator to join our team:

The Technical Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supporting the delivery of technical training across the organization. This role maintains accurate training records, prepares materials and logistics, and ensures participants, facilitators, and locations are fully prepared to enable the successful delivery of technical training at Cummins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains training calendar and training catalog.
  • Communicates with managers regarding upcoming training.
  • Schedules training facilitators, assists with necessary travel, and ensures adequate staffing for all training. Invites eligible participants to training sessions, registers participants, and sends reminders.
  • Arranges meeting space, online training rooms, and teleconferences.
  • Prepares training materials and facilitator materials for on-time delivery.
  • Collects training evaluations, summarizes results, and provides participation and feedback reports to Training Manager and facilitators.
  • Records attendance, updates transcripts, and conducts any necessary training follow-up with participants.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Qualifications

  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office(Excel, Adobe, Word, PPT)

Must Be Experienced In BMS Internal Candidates

  • Must be self-disciplined
  • Must be experienced with Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

Min Salary $27.31

Max Salary $40.96
