Description
The Learning Experience Designer supports the mission of Pratt U by developing digital learning content for employees across Pratt Industries. This role works with leaders from multiple divisions to turn business needs into practical learning solutions that support employee development and operational excellence.
In this role, you will create online learning content such as videos, animations, and digital training modules that support Pratt U programs and other company learning initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across the company to ensure training content reflects real operational needs and is clear, engaging, and easy for employees to apply in their work.
The Learning Experience Designer will also manage the distribution of training content through the Learning Management System (LMS) and explore new tools—including AI-powered technologies—to improve learning engagement and accessibility.
