The Opportunity
Come join the Revenue Enablement Learning Operations team (ReLo!) — our job is to enable the Enablers. We build and package learning materials, ship them via our enablement tech stack and track consumption through reporting and analytics.
In other words, we are a global shared services team powering the Revenue Enablement organization responsible for equipping thousands of internal sellers, field teams, and external partners.
We provide consultation, instructional design, content creation, translation, program support, tech stack administration, and reporting-as-a-service to help scale learning across the business.As a Core Instructional Designer, you’ll blend creativity, structure, and execution. You’ll help shape how we incorporate generative AI into content creation workflows, streamline digital asset offerings and uphold rigor in content lifecycle management. You’ll interpret incoming requests, guide stakeholders to the right delivery vehicle, and help the team balance coverage, efficacy, and impact.

Your Role
You will work alongside other content creators, program managers, SMEs, and technical/product stakeholders to create compelling, scalable digital learning experiences for revenue teams and partners around the world. Your work will help modernize and accelerate the creation of learning assets while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality.

Work Arrangement
Remote: Primarily remote office location with occasional travel to corporate office. Please speak with your recruiter for details. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 109,600 and USD $ 164,400 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
