About the Role

In this role, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Graphisoft EDU programs among universities, students, and young professionals across the U.S. You will help ensure that the next generation of architects and designers have access to the digital tools, training, and community support they need to thrive.  Reporting directly to the Global Head of Education, you will also collaborate closely with Nemetschek’s Global Academic Program and EDU teams from other Nemetschek brands to bridge the gap between the classroom and the field, helping to connect education, technology, and professional practice across the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns targeting higher education audiences across email, social, content marketing, events, webinars, SEO, and paid media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams—marketing operations, content, product marketing, and regional sales—to localize and adapt Graphisoft’s global EDU campaigns for the U.S. market.
  • Support academic partnerships with architecture and design schools, student organizations (e.g., AIAS, ACSA), and professional associations to expand awareness and participation in the Graphisoft EDU program.
  • Develop and adapt marketing content—emails, newsletters, blog posts, digital ads, webinars, and learning materials—that inspire students, faculty, and early-career designers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization, lead nurturing, and ROI improvement.
  • Manage and refine marketing automation workflows to nurture student and educator leads through the funnel to active license users and advocates.
  • Contribute to community-building initiatives, such as student ambassador programs, competitions, or events connecting academia with real-world design practice.
  • Align activities with the Nemetschek Global Academic Program, sharing insights and coordinating initiatives across brands to advance a cohesive academic engagement strategy.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or education marketing, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or AEC technology.
  • Understanding of the U.S. higher education landscape; familiarity with architecture, design, or engineering programs is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, capable of coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and an analytical approach to campaign measurement.
  • A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for connecting students and educators to design technology that shapes the built environment.
  • Collaborative spirit, adaptability, and eagerness to learn within a global organization.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a mission-driven global company empowering the next generation of architects and designers through accessible technology and education.
  • Collaborate with EDU leaders across the Nemetschek Group to bridge academia and industry.
  • Contribute to meaningful initiatives that impact how future professionals learn, collaborate, and innovate.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, flexible remote work, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding company
