Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $125,000.00 – $191,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Years Of Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, education technology, curriculum development and/or learning management.
  • 2+ years of significant IT implementation and/or support experience

 Years Of Experience Preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, education technology, curriculum development and/or learning management.
  • 4+ years of significant IT implementation and/or support experience. 
  • Participation in at least one full implementation lifecycle

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Healthcare related field. 

Education Preferred

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or equivalent.  

Certifications/Licensure Required

At least one year of direct experience training Epic applications in a classroom setting

Qualifications 

  • Experience managing a team, including leading cross-functional teams and large-scale learning projects
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and training practices 
  • Ability to translate complex technical or clinical content into effective learning experiences tailored to adult learners.
  • Deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) 
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting applicable enterprise clinical systems, e.g. Epic
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve the training function beyond application training to support broader digital capability development, including training for AI-enabled tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience building role-based training curricula for enterprise technology implementations, including learning paths, course outlines, job aids, and certification or competency assessments.
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives 
  • Engage with stakeholders (users, subject matter experts, and executive sponsors) to gather feedback and ensure curriculum relevance and impact.
  • Comfort evaluating and piloting new tools and platforms
  • Ability to define and track learning effectiveness metrics 
  • Experience collecting and analyzing training metrics (e.g., course completion rates, learner feedback, adoption metrics) and using results to improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring instructional designers, including establishing content development standards, review processes and instructional design best practices.
  • Mentor staff for professional development
