Job Description
The Learning Specialist I’s primary focus is on enhancing the overall employee learning and development experience by designing, delivering, monitoring, and supporting new employee orientation and other educational and informational programs. The Learning Specialist I will work in partnership with other ETOD members to ensure all programs (in-person, online, and blended) align with the department strategy, are of consistent quality and are scheduled and delivered to meet organizational needs. The Learning Specialist I will support other ETOD initiatives, including the creation of the online department newsletter, maintenance of the department’s intranet site, and participating in special projects as they arise.
