The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Analyst, Learning & Capability Building to enable and enhance the execution of enterprise learning initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with Learning Program Owners to support high-impact programs such as Compliance & Risk, Leadership, Operations training and more. You will be responsible for translating complex inputs into clear, practical content and communications, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and speed.

The Role

This role is responsible to execute on Hyatt’s learning and capability building strategy by engaging in program design and development, stakeholder coordination, communication efforts, and analysis to enhance learning effectiveness and user experience.

This role partners with Learning Program Owners and internal stakeholders to understand colleague and business learning needs, supports communication to stakeholders and end users, and prepares analyses, content, and materials to support the delivery and effectiveness of enterprise learning programs.

The role supports high-impact initiatives (e.g., Compliance & Risk, Leader Learning) by translating complex inputs into clear, practical deliverables, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and speed.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Monitors measurements and metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of learning programs and tools – tracking impact on the performance of individuals and the business, and recommending approaches to improve adoption
  • Partners with internal Hyatt functions to understand colleague and business learning needs, gather requirements, and support development of learning deliverables
  • Supports development and execution of program communications to stakeholders and end users, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Partners with and supports management of external vendors and contractors for fulfillment of program deliverables
  • Coordinates learning operations, including program logistics, registration, scheduling, and vendor-related activities
  • Evaluates and recommends improvements to processes supporting learning strategy, including collection and use of HR data
  • Prepares analyses, reports, and presentations as directed to evaluate effectiveness of programs and support recommendations
  • Supports development, curation, and refinement of learning content and materials, incorporating feedback and evolving business needs
  • Coordinates program activities, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder inputs, and communication efforts across multiple workstreams
  • Supports discovery efforts by gathering inputs, organizing information, and contributing to identification of key insights
  • Identifies and organizes learning content and tools to support business needs as directed

The successful candidate will possess significant exposure to Hyatt systems and data, with the demonstrated ability to work with and through others to achieve business outcomes, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. The person should be known for flexibility in working style and environments, comfortable working within established processes, supporting program execution, superior listening and communication skills, strong influencing skills, be able to manage projects with strong attention to detail, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts through analysis and feedback.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Education

  • BS Degree, preferably in business, hospitality, or human resources

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Certification in training instructional design or delivery preferred

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic experience working with data and reporting tools
  • Understanding of user experience and content development practices
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration and communication tools
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) preferred

The salary range for this position is $68,800 – $86,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
