- Free plan — free. Post up to 2 active L&D job listings, browse the Talent Pool, and access the Career Board. $500 Talent Pool hire fee when an organization hires a candidate directly from the Pool. Upgrade to Unlimited Hiring for unlimited active job posts.
- Unlimited Hiring plan — $299/month or $209/month billed annually. Unlimited job posts, no Talent Pool hire fee, and all Free features. Featured placement is an à la carte add-on at $99/week.
- Featured job placement (à la carte) — $99/week to feature an individual role at the top of the Job Board.
- Recruitment placement (employee) — 20% contingency fee on first-year salary for successful permanent hires. Pay only when you hire.
- 1099 contractor + EOR (Teamed-sourced) — 20% fee. Teamed sources the contractor and acts as employer of record (onboarding, timecards, weekly pay).
- W2 contractor + EOR (Teamed-sourced) — 35% fee.
- Client-sourced 1099 + EOR — 10% fee. Teamed acts as employer of record on a 1099 the client sourced themselves.
- Client-sourced W2 + EOR — 23% fee.
- Job seekers — free. Core features always free.

How billing works
Monthly plans are billed each month and can be cancelled anytime; coverage continues through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront ($2,508/year for Unlimited Hiring) and bring the effective monthly rate down to $209/month. Annual invoices are available for organizations that need procurement-friendly billing.
How recruitment fees are calculated
All recruitment fees are contingency-based — no upfront cost. Percentages apply to the candidate's first-year annual salary for direct employee hires, or to actual hours worked for contractors (billed week-to-week or month-to-month as they work). Volume discounts are available for organizations with ongoing L&D hiring needs.

Teamed specializes exclusively in learning and development — instructional designers, eLearning developers, LMS administrators, curriculum writers, L&D managers, and learning technology leaders. We cover entry-level through executive, and both employee and contractor roles.
The Talent Pool is a curated directory of L&D professionals who are open to new opportunities — both employee and freelance roles. You can browse profiles, filter by skills and availability, message candidates directly, and schedule interviews. Teamed Select candidates are surfaced first; these are professionals whose profiles have been reviewed and flagged by Teamed for strong capability and professionalism.
On the Free plan, you can browse and message Talent Pool candidates at no cost — but each hire carries a $500 fee. On the Unlimited Hiring plan ($299/mo, or $209/mo billed annually), there is no per-hire fee, so at $500 per hire on Free, a single Talent Pool hire covers more than the cost of a full month of Unlimited Hiring.
Switching to annual billing saves you 30% — approximately $1,080/year on the Unlimited Hiring plan. You'll be billed $2,508 upfront ($209/month) instead of $299/month. If you need an annual invoice for your organization, select "annual invoice" at checkout and Teamed will set it up for you.
A featured job is listed at the top of the job board above standard postings — giving it significantly more visibility. Featured placement is an à la carte add-on available on any plan, including the free plan: $99 per week, for as many weeks as you choose. There are no bundled or included placements — you only pay for the weeks you want.
The Free plan lets you keep 2 active job posts live at a time, at no cost (drafts and expired posts don't count). Need to post more? Unlimited Hiring ($299/mo) gives unlimited active posts.
Job postings automatically expire after 90 days. You can easily repost or extend by maintaining your membership. If you need a job to stay active longer, simply repost after expiry.
Yes — you can switch plans or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. Any active job postings stay live until that expiry date.
No — Teamed doesn't provide managed services for custom development. We staff and recruit the professionals who do that work. If you're looking for a managed services provider, we're happy to make recommendations matched to your needs and budget.
