Our Immersive Design Systems (IDS) team uses simulation to train providers, improve team performance, and enhance patient safety. As a Training & Performance Specialist, you’ll help design and deliver hands-on learning experiences that prepare healthcare teams for real-world scenarios.
Whether you bring simulation experience or a background in clinical care and education, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend healthcare and teaching while working at the forefront of how hospitals learn and improve.

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
