Instructional Designer – Partner Enablement

Meta is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop advanced learning and certification content for partner enablement programs. The ideal candidate will create engaging, effective educational materials for both business and technical audiences, supporting skills validation and readiness for complex solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning content, including online courses, webinars, study guides, and practice tests
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning modules
• Build certification preparation materials for both business strategy and technical implementation tracks
• Ensure all content meets industry standards for validity, reliability, and legal defensibility
• Support the creation of company-level badging infrastructure and certification exam materials
• Work closely with program managers, UX/design, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, scalable learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing instructional content for technical and business audiences, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI, or messaging domains
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, assessment design, and certification best practices
• Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Experience with online course platforms, webinar delivery, and digital badge/certification systems
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with partner enablement or certification programs
• Experience supporting certification initiatives for partner ecosystems (e.g., system integrators, consultancies, agencies)

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $63/hour – $70/hour.
