As an instructional designer lead on our Instructional Design team, you’ll help us continue our transition toward more agile, data driven ways of working. We are actively evolving how we design, deliver, and measure learning — and we’re looking for experienced designers who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to the structures, processes, and mindsets that support meaningful learning impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business partners and subject matter experts to clarify objectives, design effective learning solutions, and adapt as priorities or requirements evolve. You’ll author high impact learning content across a range of formats, using modern authoring tools and platforms.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
  •  {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.

Preferred skills

  • Instructional Design Foundation: Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to real world business problems, translating complex or ambiguous needs into effective, learner centered solutions.
  • Authoring Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline and Rise), with experience creating engaging, high-quality learning across multiple formats.
  • Agile, Iterative Development: Demonstrated experience working in agile environments—rapidly developing learning products, testing approaches, incorporating feedback, and making real time improvements through iterative releases. .
  • Data Driven Design: Proven ability to design learning with measurable, performance-oriented objectives and interpret outcome data to inform design decisions; experience using evaluation frameworks such as Kirkpatrick to assess learning impact.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on goals, set expectations, and drive progress. 

Compensation

  • $81,400-$108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
