Job Description:
The Role
As part of the Learning and Enablement organization, you will work as a member of the Market Enablement team. This is role will support various projects across the IICG organization and the Investment Sales Desk. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and creation of impactful learning solutions, leveraging innovative design and media tools. You will ideate, develop, and refine new learning strategies and processes while managing complex learning projects. Additionally, you will serve as one of the team’s points of contact for our learning and enablement platform, Allego. Thinking creatively and innovating across our deliverables with Allego capabilities will be a top focus of this role.
