Job Description
Under the supervision of Training management, responsible for the creation and standardization of GMP training and job-specific training for all functions across the Branchburg site (including but not limited to production, quality, supply chain and business processes). This role must possess a strong understanding of content development and learning solutions (traditional, web-based, etc.). Drives standardization and training effectiveness by reducing variability between employees’ training. This role must have strong communication skills to lead classroom training and must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. This role will also provide administrative support for base business compliance wire.

Pay Range:
$ 84500 – 162000 USD
Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
