The Service Distribution training team is looking for someone that thrives in organizing projects, people, and events in very tight timelines to meet our operational and people engagement goals.  Ideally this person should be knowledgeable in the unique challenges of the Service Distribution network and how we can create a positive culture for people to be successful and thrive in their workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (EH&S, Quality, and Process Engineers) to organize training requests including development and delivery
• Plan, organize, and lead people engagement activities across the network for both hourly and exempt employees
• Collaborating with Leaders across the network to communicate important activities, events and wins
• Organize and contribute to creating the monthly newsletter for our organization
• Proven success working with teams to ensure projects stay on track to meet deadlines
• Optimize projects for efficiency and effectiveness including creating & using KPI’s to ensure success

What You’ll Bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proven ability to influence and organize cross functional teams
• Able to communicate across different levels of the organization in a professional manner
• Passionate about helping people thrive in a fast-paced environment from idea to implementation
• Strong project management skills including working with Gantt Charts

Expected Compensation

$90,000 – $167,400/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
