Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, The Learning Experience Partner plays a key role in designing, curating, and delivering scalable learning experiences that support employee development and engagement. This role supports Careforth’s culture of learning and growth by creating, promoting, and delivering engaging learning materials, administering the learning management system (LMS), and supporting content delivery. This individual is also responsible for managing the company’s new hire onboarding programming. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity, instructional design, facilitation, and a learner-centric mindset to enable continuous personal and professional development across the workforce.

The pay range for this position is $80280 – $122,929. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
