The Manager of Sales Training is responsible for supporting the learning and development initiatives focused on Category Management, both for the Category Management team and foundational learning across the broader Red Bull North America (RBNA) organization. This role involves identifying, designing, developing, and integrating learning solutions to advance knowledge and skills. These solutions include training programs, job aids, microlearning modules, and interactive digital content. Additionally, the manager will implement training solutions that align with Red Bull’s brand standards. They will enhance and oversee all aspects of learning solutions, including project management, content development, and training facilitation, ensuring input from sales leadership and alignment with RBNA sales strategies and global curricula.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $92,000 – $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
