Are you the person who naturally sees what needs to happen next? The one who builds strong relationships, keeps multiple balls in the air, and knows how to navigate competing priorities with diplomacy and confidence?

We need a strategic coordinator and trusted partner who can own the complete training delivery lifecycle for Siemens Power Academy. The Training Project Manager leads training engagements from intake and scoping through schedule ownership, stakeholder alignment, delivery readiness, and post-delivery closeout—ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience at scale. This isn’t just about logistics; it’s about being the go-to person who ensures every customer engagement runs smoothly while spotting opportunities to grow our impact.

You’ll be the connector—bringing together customers, sales partners, technical instructors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional training experiences that help our customers succeed.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Academy training engagements, lead discovery conversations to uncover customer objectives, guide them from initial inquiry through successful delivery and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to understand customer needs, shape training solutions, and support proposals that create value
  • Identify expansion opportunities by recognizing patterns in customer requests, feedback, and industry needs—recommending new offerings, follow-up training, and larger scale programs
  • Coordinate 15-25 concurrent training projects with strong attention to detail and clear prioritization, translating customer objectives into well-defined scope and delivery plans
  • Own the delivery schedule end-to-end: align instructors, facilities, equipment, and stakeholder commitments while adapting to changes with grace
  • Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholders—ask thoughtful questions, evaluate options, document decisions, and provide guidance that leads to better outcomes
  • Partner with Power Academy leadership on capacity planning and forecasting (trainer utilization, demand pipeline, resource allocation)
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback, implementing lessons learned, and developing scalable processes for intake, readiness tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create customer-facing resources (learning path maps, course guides) that simplify training selection and streamline the purchasing process

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with the following:
    • Customer-facing project management, training operations, professional services coordination, or a similar role with cross-functional ownership.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements (typically 15–25) with strong prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (15-25+) with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience working with customers or commercial teams to scope customer needs and support successful engagements
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and managing expectations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams
    • Proficiency with business tools (Office suite); comfortable improving tracking and reporting processes
    • Demonstrated capability to manage schedule changes and capacity constraints, balancing stakeholder needs and escalating appropriately to leadership.
  • No travel required (or minimal travel as applicable).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting proposals or working with offers/quoting teams to translate scope into commercially viable solutions
  • Track record improving operational workflows (intake processes, project gates, standard operating procedures)
  • Experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into improved offerings or service enhancements
  • Background in industrial, electrical, energy, or technical training (helpful for context but not required)
