Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Spend your day focused on meeting business and learner needs and positively impacting business results. Instructional Designers are responsible for participating in and potentially leading complex projects of varying scope in a highly collaborative project team environment. Teams align learning solutions to business requirements using adult learning theories, accepted instructional design processes, and L&D ROI methodology. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills ensure fast-paced project completion according to requirements and deadlines. Instructional Design authoring tools are used to create learning courses and curriculum that engages learners and drives proficiency and application.

Bac helor’s degree and/or Learning & Development Instructional Design related business experience required. Master’s Degree in Instructional Design preferred.

Base Pay Range: $55000 – $80000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
