Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that build knowledge, develop skills, and drive behavior change across the commercial organization. This role leverages instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to translate business needs into performance-based learning solutions that support sales, marketing, service, and customer success teams.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $68,640.00 – $103,800.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
